Executive live-work compound on a private estate
Tabbarah Muhyiddine led this project through 48 Seven, from initial brief through FF&E specification and procurement. The client uses the compound for both work and living. Business visitors arrive, meetings happen, and at the end of the day the same spaces become private quarters. Circulation was planned so that guests never see the residential side. Acoustic separation handles the rest, without physical barriers or obvious thresholds between zones.
The client wanted Saudi-sourced stone and regional timber throughout. That meant sourcing and approval cycles outside the usual supply chains. Every surface went through sample approval. All bespoke joinery was mocked up at full scale before fabrication started.
Custom furniture was designed for the reception and meeting areas. FF&E was procured directly and shipped to site. The compound now runs in both modes daily.
